La Vista is a stand alone building with the apartment above storage spaces.  Located at the higher far West end of the property with far views to the North and East.  Boston Hill open space trail runs just West of La Vista, giving you easy access to over 700 acres of open space which contains an abandoned mine site. 

There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment with tile in the bathroom and kitchen.  Two small walk-in closets, a full bathroom, galley kitchen, dining area and living room complete the apartment.

The covered East porch has a Weber gas grill, small table and chairs.  The partially covered West porch has table and chairs for 4 people plus space for a lounge chair.

The double sink vanity and additional cabinetry provide plenty of storage space, the bathroom has two entrances.
All windows have mini-blinds and drapery treatments.  There are eight windows throughout the apartment providing plenty of fresh air and great light.

There are two mini-split heads, one in the bedroom area and the other in the living room.

There are two covered parking spaces for your vehicles.
