El Sol

El Sol is an adobe apartment built in the 1930's, 1000 sq. ft. one bedroom/one bathroom apartment. Private courtyard with access to large central courtyard of the complex.  Bedroom is large enough for a king size bed, night stand and chest of drawers.

Hardwood floors throughout with tile in bathroom and kitchen.  Average 9' plus tall ceiling except bedroom and closet (8'), 3-14" solar tubes are located in bathroom, kitchen and living room, 5 windows facing South and 6 windows facing North, overlooking central courtyard. Main entry door faces East, door to private courtyard faces South and North bedroom door opens onto central courtyard.

A private smaller courtyard has a table and chairs. Bathroom will have roll-in shower and wall mounted sink, toilet is comfort height. Kitchen will have gas range, 25.5 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

The stacked washer and dryer are in separate closet with door. 40 gallon hot water heater and water treatment. Heating and cooling will be very quiet with a "mini-split" heat pump system with 3 wall mounted head units, one is in the bedroom and two are located in the large open space of living/dining area. All utilities and Comcast internet are included.
