Bathroom/kitchen have tile flooring and the rest is wall to wall carpet.  There is a 40" HDTV with Roku streaming and the WiFi internet will keep you connected on the Porch.  Two club chairs and bistro table give you comfortable seating and a place to eat or work. Your front door opens to a covered porch and the windows give you a commanding view of the courtyard.  9' ceilings and proximity to the porch make this apartment seem larger than it is.  The 440 sq. ft. East facing covered porch provides outdoor space to eat, drink and sit by the fire.
