Built in 1972, Cooper Street Retreat is the newest dwelling I own.  The original late 1800's adobe was demolished when Cooper Street Retreat was built, it was a little larger than the current living room and office.

At 1400 sq. ft. Cooper Street is comfortable for 2 couples.  The two large bedrooms have King size latex beds with adjustable firmness, chest of drawers and closet.  The primary bedroom in the S.E. corner of the house has a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom is next to the smaller 3/4 bathroom with shower only.

The office is in the S.W. corner of the house and is accessed from the hallway.  There is a desk, chair, bookcase, closet and good task lighting.

Entering from Cooper Street is the living room with 48" smart HDTV, soundbar for TV or music from your portable devices and seating for 4 people.  Bring your passwords for your favorite programing.  There is basic cable and the internet reaches all locations of the house and porch.

Next is the dining area with seating for 4 and a large picture window looking North to the mountains. Last is the all electric kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools and items, quiet dishwasher and lots of countertop, Washer and dryer are open to the kitchen area and the East door leads to the 800 sq. ft. porch.  There is a large natural gas grill with table and chairs for everyone.  The elevated porch has views to the North, East and South, you can see the mountains over 40 miles away.

Under the porch is your covered parking for two vehicles, there is a stairway on the South side of the carport leading up to the porch.  A very quiet whole house AC and furnace give you climate control.  On average there are 2 windows in every room with natural venting and blackout window treatments for your afternoon siesta.

The city water is filtered and softened, the "on demand" hot water heater ensures plenty of hot water for everyone.
